Of course, the sooner the better. But we would need the first version 30 days before the start of your event at the latest. It has to include the dates of stay of everyone and food restrictions, even though it can undergo some modifications during the last month.

The main conference room (Salle Glacier) offers the possibility to have both speakers and participants onsite and/or online. A camera with microphone is set up in the conference room and we can give you access to a zoom account upon request. It remains the organizers’ decision whether or not an event happens as hybrid.
Yes, talks can be recorded (In salle Glacier only) if the speaker gives her/his authorization prior to the talk. The recordings will be made available a few weeks later on the SRS website.
It is upon request: if you need it please inform us 15 days prior the conference.
Badge lanyards should be returned at the reception of the hotel Les Sources upon check-out.
In case you would like to organize a poster session, please contact the SRS admin team at least 3 months before the beginning of your event to make it possible. Please note that participants will have to come to the conference with their poster already printed.
